Pathfynder’s 2019- The Year It Was!

The year 2019 was the year of nuances in the world of Digital Branding, and it simultaneously went great at Pathfynder.

This year was rather more significant as Pathfynder was completing its 10th year of success in the industry! With our consistency in creating engaging content through writing, designing and photography, Pathfynder achieved bigger heights in creating impressive content that was being noticed by users, critics and industry experts alike.

In the year 2019, we are proud that our contribution made a remarkable difference in different areas of our clients and in different people’s lives.

Grand Launch of the Club TROVE

Jaipur’s nightlife got zillion notches higher with the launch of club TROVE in the city. The entire digital and Social Media campaign of the club was planned and executed at Pathfynder. From logo design, party brochures, posters to invites, the entire creative content for the launch of Trove was done by Pathfynder. The high-end professional Photography and enticing launch videos created by Pathfynder for the club has changed the Social Media scene of Clubbing in Jaipur.

Jewellers Association Show

JAS was launched in 2010 and Pathfynder as their social media agency covered the event LIVE on Social Media for consecutive 3 years. Later, again in the year 2019, JAS returned to Pathfynder for its social Media branding and event videos. We completely changed the scenario of the event with the unique concept of taking live interviews which were on the spot uploaded on the Social Media of JAS- The entire team of professionals were at the venue who would edit the interviews of exhibitors, visitors, celebrities and committee members, the content was created and the videos were uploaded dynamically uploaded for the followers to watch.

The 4 days of JAS was covered marvelously by our team of 2 professional videographers, 2 Photographers, graphic designers and content writers from the Digital Media Booth at JAS. The success of JAS 2019 is the result of unique and different ideas incorporated by Pathfynder.

Pearl Academy Ad Video

Pathfynder got an opportunity to make a film on the Pearl Academy, Jaipur we knew this was unlike any other project till date. The most crucial part of working on this project was to satisfy the creatively sound minds with our own ideas.  Apart from bringing out best from our team, the challenges were to interact with the students and faculties and to make them camera ready.

It was a terrific learning curve, and we were privileged to be given this huge responsibility. Entire research, scripting, conceptualizing, video making and editing got completed in a short span of 20-25 days.

In the end, it was overwhelming to see the release of this film at Birla Auditorium during PEARL ACADEMY Portfolio19

No wonder team Pathfynder has always followed the same motto- “Do What You Love.”

Pal Haveli & Palgarh Website

The website of Pal Haveli and Palgarh in Jodhpur was another significant project that we worked on this year. The conceptualization and designing of these heritage properties’ website carried out at Pathfynder. The still photography by our team of experts is to be credited for the attractive websites of these two properties. Shooting the various rooms with different moods in creative angles along with the external elevations of the property to showcase its true grandeur was justified marvelously.

Though we’ve created numerous websites, but with these websites, we proved our expertise in creating mobile friendly and SEO enriched website.

Spotless Dame

Menstruation, still in our society is a taboo and not many people want to talk about this openly.  Praveen Lata Sansthan, an NGO gave us this opportunity to raise this awareness and Pathfynder conceptualized and produced a film that talks and create awareness about the struggles of menstruating women, especially the poor ones.  This film created by Pathfynder creates awareness around menstruation hygiene management to educate girls & women on understanding the practices of being safe during periods. Shooting in the slums, dumping yards and the hygienically hazardous conditions to show the real struggle and challenge of these women helped us do complete justice with the film.  Making Spotless Dame film was very special for Pathfynder as we contributed to raising the issue for better transformation in society.


Talk Journalism

Pathfynder for the first time got an opportunity to be a Newsroom partner for one of the most talked-about shows in the nation- Talk Journalism.

Journalism Students from various schools were briefed about their assignments of live reporting. Dynamically those reports were reviewed, edited by Pathfynder followed by instant upload on the Talk Journalism’s Website.

Apart from the Newsroom responsibilities, Pathfynder also conducted personal interviews of the celebrity journalists and political figures. Of the eminent speakers, we got a chance to personally speak to Dr Shashi Tharoor, Ravish Kumar, Ritu Kapur, Sreenivasan Jain, HR Venkatesh, Sharda Ugra, Cyrus Broacha, Nick Davies and Ayaz Memon in a personal interview.

A film on legacy and heritage

The legacy of Jodhpur finds some references in the history of the construction of Jodhpur’s Ajit Bhawan the royal abode of Maharaja Umaid Singh Ji’s younger Brother, major General Maharaja Ajit Singh Ji. To unfold the legacy of Ajit Bhawan’s royal saga, we recreated the legacy film of Ajit Bhawan. A story board was created, then the collection of old and new videos were compiled in the most intriguing way keeping in mind the magnificence and facts from the history shouldn’t be tampered with. The flamboyance of the grand Ajit Bhawan and its legacy can be beautifully absorbed from this film by Pathfynder.

Alsisar Video for KPJ

Videography and Photography are what makes the work stand out and editing is something that compiles and presents a proper story, keeping the essence alive.  Pathfynder has always been successful in achieving it. We’re making a short film for a 70 years old businessman, Shri Kashi Prasad jhunjhunwala, who revived the falling heritage of Alsisar. We‘ve used the higher end equipment- drone, go pro, DSLR, 4K, Osmo cameras. Lenses vary from 11 to 600mm. Planning the storyboard, getting the props prepared, keeping the lights and camera equipment ready and we produced a commendable work for Alsisar’s video. We captured the still photographs, videos and interview of KPJ and produced a captivating video that tells the tales of KPJ’s persistence in reviving his ancestral heritage in Alsisar. The video is yet to be released…

Making of the best Social Media strategies on Instagram

2019 was a big year for our clients on Instagram, the visual marketing platform remains a key element for Social Media branding. We were continually assessing and adjusting brand Instagram strategies so that the brands that we handle stand out. This means sharing better content through proper planning for the weekly grid, posts and video stories.

From analyzing competitor’s content to create a content strategy, establishing brand guidelines, tracking progress everything became part of our one Instagram post.

We have moved from a period in which static images were sufficient to create a message to one in which video content is the major driving force of Instagram campaigns. Pathfynder assisted the brands with every aspect of a social media campaign as per the needs and the trends.

With deep brainstorming, new ideas, and great enthusiasm we are all set to rock the year 2020!
