So Apple is officially the #1 brand in the world. It always was when it comes to the heart of users. How many companies can claim to connect to their users time after time.
What started as a manufacturer of Apple II Computer from a Garage has now become the # 1 brand in the world ahead of Google, MacDonald, Pepsi , IBM etc
So what clicks for Apple ? The most important factor is that this company dares to think differently. Their sole aim is to develop a product based on user’s requirement. They would not be influenced by what is prevailing in the market and would develop and launch what they think is right.
For those who are not aware few of Apple innovation over the period are : 3.5” Floppy drives in Macs, in-built LAN (called Apple Talk) in earlier Macs, integrated SCSI port to connect external hard disk, USB port, Portable digital music on iPod, touch screen on iPod, fully loaded OS with iPhone, Touch screen tablet with iPad that does not have a USB port.
Time and again Apple dared to challenge the way things work. They succeeded because they always had their users requirement in mind.
It is no surprise to see a company who is so passionate about its customers today sitting on top of the world. Trust me it will take some doing to displace the leader.
